These terms set out the basis on which you may use caselabnow.com (the "Site"). Using it means accepting them; if you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

The tool this page covers is CaseLabNow, a text case converter. Put simply, it switches text between UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case and Sentence Case while leaving punctuation and line breaks untouched, and the way it does so is this: it walks the string character by character and changes only the case of letters, so digits, symbols and existing whitespace pass through unchanged instead of being normalized away. Everything stated here applies to that tool and the values it handles, and to nothing else.

Everything the tool works with — the text you paste — is handled locally. It is usually reached for things like preparing a title for a document or a post, and because nothing is transmitted a visitor can close the tab knowing no copy was made anywhere.

What this Site does

CaseLabNow offers a text case converter, free to use, together with supporting explanations. Every result is an estimate computed from what you supply, following the method set out on the page itself. These results are for general information and convenience; where a decision carries weight, check them separately.

Who owns what here

The design, wording and code are ours or used under license unless credited otherwise. Linking is encouraged; reproducing large sections needs written permission.

Advertising and third-party links

The Site is supported by advertising and may link to external resources. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. Advertising never influences a result.

Availability

The Site is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or remove any tool or page at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We aim to be correct and to say how the result is produced. That is not a warranty: results may contain mistakes and the material may fall out of date. Treat any figure with a known margin as an estimate.

Acceptable use

You are free to use the Site for your own purposes, business included. Prohibited: attacking or overloading it, scraping at a rate that harms service, misrepresenting it as yours, and any illegal use.
